a. "S1063" impressed in metal on front panel, and in black printing. Has mesh circle rivetted on front panel, this has red sealing wax on it. Has two handles, left and right hand side. Has paper sticky label with "FISHERIES" in blue texta. Has two levers, at top panel, both of which can be pulled forward. The right hand lever, when pulled forward reveals aperture for voting papers. b. As a. but smaller size, has "S197" in black printing.
