Oyster watered silk taffeta with bright pink trimmings. V shaped neck trimmed with band of bright pink rouching. Tight fitting three quarter length sleeves trimmed band of pink, a bow and a finely pleated edging in pink. Basqued. Back cut in 6 narrow panels; each panel trimmed with pink piping. Two darts shape either side of front. Boned at side seams. Front opening, fastening with eight silk covered buttons. Inside waist tie. Two rows of pink piping on bottom edge and row of pink piping where sleeve joins bodice. Shoulder seam set well back and trimmed with row of pink piping. Bodice lined with glazed cotton and basque lined with soft silk.
