(a & b) Two medals commemorating Queen Victoria's Diamond Jubilee / 60th year of reign. Obverse side has portrait of old Queen Victoria - side bust surrounded around edge with caption: "VICTORIA QUEEN AND EMPRESS / 1837-1897". Reverse side bears the state emblem of WA. Swan framed in shield with caption around edge: "IN COMMEMORATION OF THE 60TH YEAR OF H.M. REIGN*". Minted by Stokes & & Sons, Caledonian Lane,Melbourne.
