Cream silk, over cotton lining. Pleated waistband, with gathered section below. (Gathers match sleees of CH.1977.521). Fastens with hooks. Trained. Silk lace insertions down fastening and in handkerchief points on 2 - layered skirt. Some hand, mostly machine sewing. With belt, cotton and lace insert, 2 hooks and eyes.
