Disability Access and Inclusion Plan - public submissionsNews | Created 17 Jul 2012 The WA Museum is developing a new Disability Access and Inclusion Plan to guide how we welcome people with disabilities, their carers, friends and families to our venues, services and employment. The Museum is seeking your help to ensure people with disabilities have the same opportunities to: access our buildings, services and events; receive information in a format that is accessible; receive quality service from staff; participate in public consultations; and seek employment with the Museum. The development of a new Plan is being undertaken in conjunction with all Culture and the Arts portfolio agencies. The Department of Culture and the Arts is coordinating public consultation sessions as part of this process. If you are a person with a disability, a friend, family member, carer or a service provider we want to hear from you Information on attending a public consultation session or other opportunities for providing feedback is available at: http://www.dca.wa.gov.au/DCA-Initiatives/disability-and-the-arts-inclusion-initiative-partnership-project/
