I wore my Great Grandmother's 120 year old veil. This is a beautiful piece of lace fabric and had a few tiny holes which I had embroided. The veil was a salmon pink and then
we had it specially washed and it turned out a beautiful creamy colour.

The wedding story:
We wanted something old world to suit my Grandmother's lace veil. Having worked for many years as a florist knew exactly the flowers and colours I wanted but everything else fell into place with old fashioned cars, a gold skirt purchased in a little boutique in Cottesloe and we wanted to be married in Albany in the beautiful old St John's Church.
