Abstract: Lerista terdigitata was found to consist of four allopatric species. namely L. tridactyla sp. novo of the south-eastern interior of Western Australia, L. terdigitata (Parker) of southern South Australia west of the Flinders and Mt Lofty Ranges, L. elongata sp. nov. of the north-western interior of South Australia. and L. speciosa of the far north-west of South Australia.
