Blouse of turkey red cotton printed with tiny circles in white; high stand-up collar; pouched front created by pleats at waist, secured by feather stitch; front closure with 4 hooks and buttonholed loops; 3 large decorative Mother of Pearl buttons on fake front; small yoke at back, central pleat; very full gathered sleeves, small cuff with Mother of Pearl button. Probably belonged to Emily Prinsep (1875-1965).
