Heads of Victoria and Albert. Around rim, "VICTORIA BRITAN: REGINA, ET ALBERT SAX COBURG GOTHA PRINCEPS". Designer's name on neck: "HALLIDAY". On reverse, the Exchange Building is depicted in medium relief and at the top of medal, "NEW ROYAL EXCHANGE" while below - "THE FOUNDATION STONE LAID BY / H.R.H. PRINCE ALBERT / JANUARY 1842 / PUBLISHED BY HYAM HYAMS. CORNHILL." See H90.329, also commemorating the New Royal Exchange.
