Blue paper pad with a thick cardboard backing and glue along the top. There is black print on every page, 'PRODUCT/ WEEK No./ No. CARTONS/ WEIGHT/ DATE Signature'. There is a black box in the corner of every page with the number 8979 written above it in very small print. In the right hand corner of every page there is a number written in red ink which goes up one every second page. The first number is 22801 and the last 22900.
