(.1) Small book with blue synthetic cover. Title, author and publisher impressed in gold on spine, "Pride/ and/ Prejudice/ Jane/ Austen/ Nelson". Top of pages edged in gold. Message written in brown ink on first page "Phoebe -/ All good Wishes/ from/ Mr & Mrs Smith/ - London 1931 -". Pages are glue bound.

(.2) Cardboard slipcase, covered in blue paper. Small semi-circle cut out at centre of opening edges, to enable book to be gripped and removed from case.
