Hamon: nil

Date: c. 1945
This appears to be either a hobby sword of garrison troops or a makeshift weapon made by troops short of supplies. The fact that it is numbered ‘11’ suggests it was made in a crude workshop; however, the crudeness of both the construction and the numerals indicates local, rather than a centralised official production.

Fuchi/kashira: fuchi plain brass, kashira missing
Menuki: missing

Tsuba: plain iron of naga-maru-gata shape. Dimensions: 6.3 x 7.0 x 0.4 cm
