MEASURING TAPE, surveying

Large, round, rusted, steel ?surveying measuring tape and frame with rectangular wooden handle one one side and small metal handle on opposite side. Frame comprises two parallel metal circles 7mm thick, set 17mm apart. Four 18mm wide metal strips, 2 on each side, run perpendicular across each side of frame, creating a cross. 4 round metal pins attached by pins on inner side of each of these strips. 28mm wide, 162mm diameter strip of metal wraps around all pins. 3mm wide Metal measuring tape is wound around metal strip. Outer end of measuring tape finishes in a metal loop, secured to outer frame with string. 40mm wide, 85mm high rectangular wooden block is connected by metal pin through centre of crossed metal strips, in centre of entire object. Metal handle connected to outer side of one of the 4 metal pins on opposite side to wooden block.
