Standard weights - bell shaped with handles. There are 7 weights in the case; 56 lb, 28 lb, 14 lb, 7 lb, 4 lb, 2 lb and 1 lb. On the 56, 27, 14 lb stamped markings include, the weight at the top of the handle, verification marks - 'VR' with a crown above 'SW', a portcullis with '1901' above this - on one side. The other has the letter 'E', a crown and 'WA'.
