Black, leather look case with clip catches on front lined with purple velvet. Brackets inside upper lid hold a plastic plate into which 30 mounted and numbered teeth of graded colours are slotted. Plate reads: 'SHADE GUIDE / PRISMA / HIGH FUSING (2400 F.) JACKET CROWN / PORCELAIN / KRAUSE ADRIAANSEN PROCESS / REGISTERED TRADE MARK - HOLLAND 67414'. Logo with 'TAJ' to one side. Base of case is cut to hold 30 round jars with numbers corresponding to the tooth shades. Each has the logo printed on the label and 'PRISMA / HIGH FUSING (2400F.) JACKET CROWN' plus other information repeated from the plate. Each jar contains appropriately coloured porcelain powder mix.
