Evening dress composed of a) dress, b) petticoat and c) belt:
a) Dress of black silk georgette; bodice and sleeves tucked horizontally; high boat neck, small opening at back with hook and loop; small pleats at front and back waist give fullness to bodice; short sleeves, puffed with pads; ankle length skirt cut on bias; 2 fake pocket cuffs on hips; placket at side with press studs.
b) Slip of black synthetic twill, cut on bias; narrow straps.
c) Belt of black cotton velvet; bow at front; closes at side with hooks and loops.
