Dress of black silk georgette; sweetheart neckline; front of bodice decorated with symmetrical leafy motif in couched rouleau of self fabric; front slightly gathered at waist and shoulders for fullness; short sleeves with similar rouleau decoration, gathered and lightly padded at shoulder; gored skirt with swirling panels at front; knee length; belt (b) of lined self fabric; wide, fabric covered buckle.
