Chinese jewellery box. Ornately embroidered lid with a base and flower pattern in silk on a green wool backing. Inside, the box is lined with pink silk and edged in black satin. The base of the box is divided into compartments to hold jewellery. The box belonged to Mrs Joan Ramsay (Nee Gawler) and was bought by her in Hong Kong.
