White. Long sleeves, handstroked onto waistband. "V" panel of broderie anglaise insertions on bodice. Widening panel of broderie anglaise insertions alternating with pintucks on skirt. Puffed sleeve, gathered at wrist and shoulder. Flounce of broderie anglaise over shoulder, edged with machine braid of feather stitch. Lace on sleeves and neck. Sleeves are lawn, bodice and skirt are muslin. Possibly 1890's with the puffed sleeves. Starched.
