CH1979.77.a
Cream wool skirt and "white" cotton bodice. Skirt shortened by tuck near hem. Hem scalloped and machine blanket stitched with white embroidery cotton. Sleeveless, two buttons at back, drawstrings at neck and waistline. Shirt seams and tuck, buttonholes hand-stitched. Bodice seams etc, machine stitched. Left hand side- seam herringboned on outside of seam.
