BUSTLE SKIRT WITH UNDERSKIRT & PETTICOAT

(a) Blue and white striped skirt. Flowered material and lace, double frill at hem. Skirt sewn for bustle at back. Gathered with draw string at back, front and sides. Hem-line split up sides. Fastened at back with hook and eye. Matching blouse lost by family 'years ago'.
(b) Matching underskirt, blue & white stripes, trim as above with 2 layers of double frills. Large tuck in skirt probably added subsequently. Fastened with hook & eye. Pocket inset in right hand side seam.
(c) White petticoat. One large tuck, 9 small tucks 2 frills of lace (8cm wide). A trim of lace on hem. Very wide waist line, gathered at back by draw strings.
