'Summer shoes, button-bar style. Mass-produced. Middle-range price. Meant for indoor-wear, but were worn outside, judging from wear. French: Paris - point sizing as well as English, so probably made in France. Button moved on each foot - one to smaller size, one to larger size. May be grass-stained-poss. worn at garden party. c. 1905-1910. A knock-on heel.
