I love the open spaces, the freedom to move and be yourself. To be able to live and raise a family in a warm safe environment. I love the people and have not returned to the UK since I arrived in 1968 and met my lovely wife here, in Perth. Roy
WA is my home and I am a great admirer of the achievement of turning a semi desert into a thriving city in 187 years. I am also a researcher into the fate of Dutch sailors that landed here in 17th and 18th centuries - this becoming part of the Indigenous population. Thomas
Lifestyle, weather, sense of community... I love that people say G'day to strangers in the street and you get a G'day back! Alun
My children have the very best of educational and work opportunities with sourounding beauty of the West Australian coast line and Perth city beauty with the Swan River. Janice
Beautiful beaches and a smorgasbord of delicious foods from every part of the world right in your back yard. Sonya
My great grandparents came to Australia to make a new start. And I'm glad they did. My father brought our family to WA 51 years ago and I couldn't imagine living anywhere else. The fantastic weather, beautiful beaches and my first love, the Kimberly. Michelle
I am blessed to be born West Ozzie. We have the best life - freedom of speech/movement. We have an abundance of wealth - natural environment, resources, climate, family Lyn
