My nan, my great nan and mum are strong influences for me. My older sisters who I met at 34 as well - they survived hardship, gave love and taught us strength. I strive to be a strong leader by inspiring young and old to embrace their own background, experiences and skills with the view to sharing them with others while also learning from others. Noel
Mum is a strong female influence in my life as she is a good role model. She is always there for everyone not just her kids but everyone. She is a strong provider, she's there when you are down and encourages you to achieve dreams. Vanessa and Shirley
My grandmother Gladys Clinch (nee Kelly) has been my biggest inspiration even after death she inspires me to be the best version of myself everyday and to be half the woman she was. She always maintained her cultural connection to family and country even after being taken from her family and growing up in a mission. She instilled into her children and grandchildren the importance of culture and values that have shaped the women we've become. I consider myself a leader in the community, I am always immersing myself in community events, volunteering wherever I can and helping out in vulnerable areas of society and most importantly the Aboriginal community. Gladys, Kearah and Layla
