1968 Torres Strait Islander Track Laying World Record

World Track Laying Record is a commemoration of the 50th anniversary of Torres Strait Islander workers breaking the world record for track laying in the Pilbara.

This is the digitised version of the exhibition currently on display at the State Library until Sunday 15 July.
