Community: Events Events Community events have taken part in Exmouth for many years, ever since Exmouth became a community in 1967. We love to celebrate by making floats in Exmouth! Parades with floats were once a Exmouth tradition, when the US base was active. We celebrate the whale sharks coming for the winter. We have stalls, food, entertainment and rides. Image courtesy of Linda Lefroy Image courtesy of Ida Sigley There are sports teams for the ladies!
