Life along the current Year level Year 4 Duration 90 minutes Cost $240 per group (up to 32 students) Audience Primary Journey along the Leeuwin Current to investigate aquatic habitats of Western Australian’s coastline and the curious creatures that reside therein. Floaties not required! Beginning in the Wild Life gallery, students investigate different aquatic habitats using them to understand the interconnections and interdependencies of life in these environments. Building on their investigations, students will use microscopes to explore the life cycles of aquatic species and discuss the concepts of symbiosis and interdependence that underpin survival in these watery worlds.
