Over a four day residency at the Western Australian Museum-Geraldton, Genla Thupten Lodey, a Tibetan Monk and Spiritual Director of the PhenDhe-Ling Tibetan Buddhist Centre Association based in Fremantle, W.A. will create a sand mandala and offer a range of interactive community projects.

Bookings are essential for the opening and closing ceremonies, all workshops and public speaking session. Phone 99215080.

Genla Thupten Lodey welcomes children to attend all events (excluding the meditation session). All children under12 are required to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Please be aware there will be no late admission entry to specific workshops, talks, meditations etc. We ask you to consider others by arriving early for your session.

PhenDhe-Ling Tibetan Buddhist Centre has requested non-usage of cameras and mobile phones during any part of the ceremonies, mandala creating and workshops.

The PhenDhe-Ling Tibetan Buddhist Centre will have a selection of books and artefacts on sale during this event.

Volunteers are required during the Genla Thupten Lodey’s residency. To find out further information and register as a volunteer please contact the Museum.
