Mini Muses is a fun series of Junior sessions which will introduce your child to the wonderful natural creatures of Western Australia.

Join Western Australian Museum staff, local Noongar elders and bush carers for a year of fun, adventures and enriching learning experiences.

The programs use elements of song, dance, games, puppetry, stories and a variety of hands-on activities, allowing children to learn interesting aspects of wildlife habits and blology.

27 February – Karda (King Skink)
Who likes the sunniest spot in the garden? Discover all the places the clever Karda can fit and try hiding with him in rock garden.

27 March – Dydjeenak (The Sea Bird)
Dydjeenak likes to swim and squawk. Do you know where they go each night and who goes with them? Watch out they might try and steal your fish and chips if you're not careful.
* $8 program includes fish and chips.

17 April – Wargyl (The Gentle Snake)
Why is Wargyl so shy? The Pibbelmen People can tell us why. Play the Wargyl game to help Wargyl live forever. The Wargyl needs your help. Meet a live python!

Cost: $5 per child (adults free) / $15 per group or family (of three or more children).
Ages: SuItable for children 5 years and under.
