Dr. Barbara Frankel is a Geoscientist and seasoned Antarctic expeditioner -  with ten trips to the Antarctic since 1998 and another planned for this summer. Dr. Frankel will be speaking about The Australian Antarctic Program past, present and future, and will give you first hand insights into what it’s like to live and work in one of the coldest places on Earth.
