Mid West Birding Group - Inaugural birding weekend March 12-13 2011

Sunday 13 March 2011
7.00am – 12.00pm

Meet up at the WA Museum Geraldton with all your own supplies and travel to Witcherina Nature Reserve with guide Kevin Marshall from the Department of Environment and Conservation and visiting bird experts from Birds Australia WA to find and identify birds. Enjoy some time in the field in a range of habitats within the Reserve putting into practice the skills learned in Saturday’s workshops.

Please be on time at 7.00am so the field trip can depart promptly at 7.30am.

BYO water and food, covered footwear, insect repellent and hat. Binoculars and field guides supplied by BAWA.
