Find out what type of dinosaurs may have lived in the region that is now Kalgoorlie and learn more about prehistoric animals. All activities are available between 10.00am and 4.30pm and cost $2. Prehistoric Diorama - Saturday 1 – Monday 31 January 2011 What did the earth look like in prehistoric times? Re-create what the world looked like in prehistoric times by using plasticine models to create plants and animals for a prehistoric landscape. Dinosaur Dig - Monday 10 – Friday 28 January 2011 (excluding weekends) Calling all budding palaeontologists! Look at the dinosaur parts. What shape is it? What does it look like? Use your scientific skills to identify the part you have dug out of the dinosaur dig? Then try your hand at the fun dinosaur puzzle games. Dinosaur Art - Monday 10 - Friday 28 January 2011 (excluding weekends) Help build a colourful dinosaur mural. Colour in your picture and add it to the large mural – who knows what the end result will be?
