PETTICOAT - Infants

H1988.5

White cotton petticoat has drawstring neck & waist. Full skirt has three tucks near the hem, each separated by a band of draw thread work. The bodice has a "U" shaped panel in the centre front of machine embroidery which carries over shoulder & sleeves. Entirely hand sewn.
