White cotton, skirt made of heavy cotton than bodice. No sleeves. Gathered all around waist. Back open to below waist, fastening with strawstrings at waist and neck and one button in between. Skirt made in two sections - front and back. Bodice made from one piece material with side seams but no shoulder seams. 6 rows of tucks on bottom of skirt. Open seams on skirt; flat seams on bodice. All hand sewn.
