PETTICOAT, "Keus"

H2002.32

Green and white striped full length petticoat with two bands of red and white cotton tape stitched around the hem, and one band of red and white cotton tape stitched two thirds of the way down. Slit at back of waist 33 cm long, with two pieces of cotton tape to tie the petticoat. Red initials "F.M" stitched in red onto a small piece of cotton tape which in turn is stitched at the waist band next to one of the cotton ties. Within the white stripes on the petticoat are alternately dark brown dots in one white strip, followed by repeating rectangular patter in next white strip etc.
