Bodice in style of loose jacket over fitted bodice; tight inner bodice of gold silk foulard covered with densely pleated pink chiffon, spilling into frilly jabot at center; loosely bloused outer bodice of black figured silk satin; revers of bright pink velvet edged with broad trim of pink and gold sequins; the same around tight waist; 3/4 length sleeves of black net applied with black silk ribbon stripes; frill at cuff; lined with black taffeta; 11 bones. Belonged to a daughter of George James Leake.
