Green and yellow enamel badge with gold gilt finish detailing. Green enamel shield in centre with entwinned vine branches surmounted by crown. Two yellow enamel birds (eagles?) flanking the shield on the left and right. Black swan on water motif above shield with lines radiating from top. Green enamel banner curved around top of swan with text reading 'COMMIT/ THY WORK/ TO GOD'. Small pendant loop at top. Second curved green enamel banner at bottom of badge with text 'ST. PHILIPS HIGH SCHOOL'. Textured gold gilt detailing in background. Reverse: white paper or masking tape stuck to entire reverse of badge.
