[1-2] Two small navy blue paper ‘EMU’ bottle neck labels. Blue background with a white and gold stripe across the top and bottom. Small central design of a gold sunburst circle with a sketch of an emu inside. ‘SINCE/ 1923’ printed on either side. Below is ‘EMU’

[3] Exactly the same as [1-2] but with gold and orange stripe instead of white.

[4-6] Three small rectangular blue and yellow paper bottle labels. Blue background with gold stripe at top and bottom, has central yellow circle containing a sketch of an emu (facing right). One either side of the circle is a stylised yellow barley sprig. ‘SINCE/ 1923’ is written on either side.

[7-8] Two medium large rectangular (landscape) navy, red and yellow paper ‘EMU/ DRAFT’ labels. Navy background with a thin gold stripe across the top and bottom and a thick black section down the left side. In the centre of the gold stripe is a yellow circle containing a silhouette of an emu. Text reads ‘EMU/ ORIGINAL/ DRAFT/ BREWED IN WESTERN AUSTRALIA 375ML’. Printed vertically down right side is ‘3.7% ALC. VOL – APPROX 11G ALC/BOTTLE/ PRODUCT OF AUSTRALIA’. Down left side (on blue) ‘THE SWAN BREWERY COMPANY LIMITED/ 25 BAILE ROAD CANNING VALE W.A. 6155’ and on the black section is the ‘DRINKSAFE’ logo, ‘RECYCLE’ logo and a barcode.

[9] Medium rectangular navy red and yellow paper’ EMU/ DRAFT’ label. Exactly the same design as above, with a slightly different shade of navy blue background and some different text.
Bottom line ‘375ML BREWED IN WESTERN AUSTRALIA [made in WA logo] ED053’. Printed down right side ‘BEER 3.5% ALC/VOL APPROX 10G ALC/BOTTLE/ PRODUCT OF AUSTRALIA’.

[10-12] Three medium rectangular navy gold and red paper ‘EMU / DRAFT’ labels. Navy background with yellow and gold stripe across top and bottom. Central oval design which contains a gold circular sunburst with a sketch of an emu ‘SINCE/ 1923’ on each side, and ‘EMU/ DRAFT/ MIDSTRENGTH/ FULL FLAVOUR’ ‘375ML’ printed below oval. Printed vertically down right side is the ‘DRINKSAFE’ logo and ‘BEER BREWED AND BOTTLED IN WESTERN AUSTRALIA’. Down left side is a barcode and ‘3.5% ALC/VOL. APPROX 1.0 STANDARD DRINK/ THE SWAN BREWERY COMPANY PTY LIMITED/ 25 BAILE ROAD CANNING VALE WA 6155’.

[13-15] Three medium rectangular navy gold and red paper ‘EMU/ DRAFT’ labels. Navy background with a gold stripe across the bottom. Central oval design is a thick gold border, navy in the centre with a red banner across the middle. Inside the border is ‘FINEST BARLEY/ FULLY BREWED’. At the top of the oval is a small yellow circle containing an emu sketch, beneath that is ‘SINCE 1923/ EMU/ DRAFT/ BITTER.’ The ‘draft bitter’ is inside the red banner. Printed vertically down the left side of the label is ‘BREWED IN WESTERN AUSTRALIA’ the ‘DRINKSAFE’ logo, ‘RECYCLE’ logo, a barcode and the made in WA logo. Printed down the right side is ‘BEER/ 3.5% ALC/VOL APPROX 10G ALC/BOTTLE/ PRODUCT OF AUSTRALIA/ THE SWAN BREWERY COMPANY PTY LIMITED/ 25 BAILE ROAD CANNING VALE WA 6155/ 375ML’.

[16] Medium rectangular (rounded corners) blue red and yellow paper ‘EMU/ DRAFT’ label. Gold and red stripe across the top and bottom of label. Centre of the top stripe has yellow circle with emu silhouette. ‘EMU/ ORIGINAL/ DRAFT/ BITTER/ 375ML’. Printed vertically down left side is ‘THE SWAN BREWERY COMPANY LIMITED/ 25 BAILE ROAD CANNING VALE WA 6155/ PRODUCT OF AUSTRALIA/ [made in WA logo]’. Printed down right side is ‘BEER – 3.7% ALC/VOL/ APPROX 11G ALC/BOTTLE/ EMU DRAFT IS A FULLY BREWED/ COASTAL MALT LAGER DELIVERING THE/ FULL TASTE OF A GREAT DRAFT BEER’. On the very far right side is a black strip containing the ‘DRINKSAFE’ logo and a barcode.
