(.1) Metal badge with 'For God and the Empire' around it, and Brittania at the centre with a crown at its top. The badge is attached to a purple bow with 2 tassles.
(.2) A smaller version of (.1), with the badge hanging from one line of cloth.
(.3) A square lined purple box with 'M.B.E' in gold lettering on top.
(.4) White rectangular card with blue ink with instructions on how to wear the medal.
(.5) A faded yellow card, larger than (.4), with 'The Most Excellent Order of the British Empire' at the top.
