Small booklet with soft card cover. Front and back cover is single aerial panoramic photograph (colour) of central Perth, viewed from King's Park, looking over Narrows Bridge. Front cover has title at top 'SEVENTH BRITISH EMPIRE/ AND COMMONWEALTH GAMES/ PERTH 1962' in black lettering edged in white. 'OFFICIAL PROGRAMME 5'-' in white lettering at bottom. Just above these words is Commonwealth Games logo, a gold crown on blue circular background. Blue kangaroo superimposed on yellow sun positioned above this. Two metal staples at spine. Combination colour and black and white photograph's inside.
