A rectangular stamp of the W.A. Coat of Arms. The base is a wood veneer and the printing plate metal. The plate design is of two kangaroos holding boomerangs on the dexter and sinister of a shield; the shield features a swan on water. Above is a crest with a Royal crown with two Kangaroo paw flowers either side.
