Heavy, solid metal block with a metal printing plate. Plate features a coat of arms - a shield divided into four: The top left hand corner contains a floral bush, right hand are the letters 'EH'. Below in the left corner is 'HS' and next to this a kangaroo paw. Underneath the coat of arms within a scroll are the words 'ENRICHED BY EFFORT'. Etched into one side 'EASTERN/ HILLS'.
