Metal printing plate, with high school crest and the words 'ENRICHED BY EFFORT'. Crest is divided into four: Top left are the letters 'EH'. Top right features wildflowers. Bottom left are kangaroo paw flowers, and bottom right the letters 'SHS'. Metal plate is attached to a wood veneer block. Inscription 'Eastern Hills Senior High School' handwritten on wood.
