Former Kalgoorlie Mining Associates property. a. White metal box with oxygen bottle, T valve and two gauges. Bottle is painted white to match box and has P540 stamped in metal. Bottle can be removed from box, but not easily; there are 2 metal bars to hold it in place, one at base, one near top which can be unbolted. Pipe extends from bottle and is attached to T valve and the 2 gauges. One gauge reads; "USE NO OIL / Oxygen Carbogen / A CIG PRODUCT" calibrated in pounds per square inch, from 0 to 2000. Second gauge reads; "USE NO OIL / Oxygen Carbogen / A CIG PRODUCT" calibrated in litres per minute. There are two handwritten labels on valves; "OXY VALVE / TURN GENTLY" "T VALVE / WHEN NOT IN USE LEAVE UNSCREWED." Box has "ATTN / W. AXELL MT CHARLOTTE . NO CHARGE" label still attached. b. Instruction sheet. Has sticky tape on edges: was taped to inner lid of box but has fallen off. Reads; "OXYGEN INSTRUCTIONS 1. SEE THAT 'T' VALVE IS UNSCREWED 2. GENTLY URN ON VALVE OF OXYGEN BOTTLE UNTIL GAUGE READS 2000 p.s.i. THEN TURN OXYGEN FULL ON 3. TURN `T' VALVE DOWN UNTIL YOU REACH THE REQUIRED READING - WHICH IS:- OXYGEN TO ADULTS_______________________8 Litres / Minute OXYGEN TO CHILDREN_____________________4 Litres / Minute OXYGEN TO ASPIRATE WITH SUCKER BOTTLE__8 Litres / Minute 4. WHEN FINISHED MAKE SURE THAT THE `T' VALVE IS UNSCREWED. c. Metal valve and clear yellow plastic tubing. Has manufacturer's tag nailed on which reads: "OXYGEN ACTUATED SUCTION . A CIG PRODUCT / TURN CONTROL ANTI-CLOCKWISE TO OPERATE / CAUTION:- DO NOT DIRECT EXHAUST AT . ANY SOURCE OF IGNITION". d. Black rubber hose with metal valve attachments to basic screw-on end. Button on main valve reads "PRESS". Has "CIG" on tubing. e. Rubber hose, as d. but with no attachments except basic screw-on end. Much longer. f. Spare hose; as d & e but with no attachments at all. g. Orange rubber tube, open at one end, sealed at the other with 12 perforations in sealed end. Has "14G JACQUES 7 EQ 28BEAQ" stamped on it.
