First aid equipment from N. Kalgoorlie Mines. Proto-respirator as use in underground rescue work. Canvas vest with oxygen bottle, filter, valves, hoses, mouth-piece & timer. Time limit 120 minutes - 150 maximum. Used in mine up till 1935.
