(a) Slouch hat, khaki felt, cloth band. Badge on upturned side: Crown / wreath, crossed rifles in centre and: "ROYAL CORPS / AUSTRALIAN INFANTRY". Brown leather chin strap. Label: "MADE BY / NORTHCOTE HATS PTY LTD / 67 / 8 / 1957". (b) Swagger stick: black painted wood, with white metal top and yellow metal base. (c) Belt: khaki webbing. White metal buckle. Stamped: "C.G.C.(F) / ...? / D (arrow) D" AND "246 / (arrow)". (d) Map case and map. Khaki canvas. Opens to reveal map on one side. Plastic map protector sheets in three sections. Other side, left hand compartment, centre section with pad of message forms and right hand compartment with three pencil holders. Contains HB and black pencil. Fastens with press-studs and leather straps. In ink on map compartments: "Lt Col W.O. Mansbridge / AIF" and "Lt Col W.O. Mansbridge / 44th Br A.I.F." Map entitled: "MILITARY SURVEY BAILUP AUSTRALIA 1 : 31,680 WESTERN AUSTRALIA". Dated at bottom: second edition 1957.
