Former Kalgoorlie Mining Associates property. Has "No / 127973 / HUGER / WATTS / MADE IN / ENGLAND". Metal case's lid and base are of equal proportions; the instrument is held onto the base by a removable bar. The sturdy case is obviously designed to protect the instrument from the rigours of underground surveying.
