SHORT NIGHTDRESS

CH1981.87

White. High neck with turn down collar. Long sleeves gathered onto band at wrist. Open at front fastening with three cotton covered buttons for top third only. Plain cotton frill on collar, wrists and buttoned part of opening. Flat seams at sides and where sleeve joins shoulder. Latter seam well down arm. Cotton covered buttons at wrists. Gathered slightly at neck. All hand sewn. Possibly a maternity shirt/night shirt.
