The Australian Geographic Nature Photographer of the Year competition celebrates the natural heritage of the Australia, New Zealand, Antarctica and New Guinea bioregions.

Professional, emerging and junior photographers alike have shown impeccable timing, patience, artistry and technique to capture superb moments in time.

Beyond showing us the unique beauty of the flora, fauna and landscapes of our own backyards, this breathtaking exhibition provokes us to explore the changing nature of regional ecology.

View the 2017 display at the WA Shipwrecks Museum in our new multipurpose space. This is a free exhibition.
