WA Museum is pleased to present the Museum of Water in association with Perth International Arts Festival.

PIAF Artist-in-Residence Amy Sharrocks invites you to consider your relationship with the world’s most indispensable liquid as we build the WA edition of the award-winning Museum of Water. What water will you keep?

A vial of tears, melted ice from Antarctica and a plastic bottle of billabong water – every drop tells a story. Choose your water, find something to put it in and tell us why you brought it.

In celebration of our access to fresh water, the Museum of Water is always accompanied by our Water Bar. WA Museum staff will welcome visitors to pause for refreshment and respite, to share a glass of our finest and begin a conversation about our own experiences of water.

Come along to the donation sites and participate in the free public program of events.

Dates and times are available on the PIAF website.
